Every new employer duty, ready to implement.
Each kit turns one change in UK employment law into a policy, a risk assessment, a staff briefing, the records you need to evidence compliance, and automated review reminders. Plain English, sourced from Acas and GOV.UK guidance.

What the duty requires
The existing duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment becomes a duty to take all reasonable steps. Acas guidance focuses on prevention across the whole organisation, online and in person: a clear policy, more than one way to report, suitable training and prevention measures.
Separately, employers become liable where a third party harasses an employee in the course of their work and the employer did not take all reasonable steps to prevent it.
