Terms and conditions

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use workplace-duty-centre.pages.dev or buy from Workplace Duty Centre (compliance kits (documents, templates and small automations) for UK HR and training teams). Workplace Duty Centre is run by Obsidra Training & Solutions, a UK business. Contact: obsidratrainingsolutions@gmail.com.

Buying

Kits and licences

Not legal advice

Kits are practical guidance to help you meet your duties. They are not legal advice and don't replace advice on a specific case from an employment solicitor or Acas. You remain responsible for your own policies and decisions. Workplace Duty Centre is independent: not a government body and not affiliated with Acas or any regulator.

Refunds

If you're buying as a consumer, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately, which means the 14-day cancellation right ends once you download or start the product (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected: if something is faulty or not as described, email obsidratrainingsolutions@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Business customers: if a product doesn't do what we say it does, tell us within 30 days and we'll put it right or refund you.

Our liability

We take care to keep content accurate and up to date, but law and guidance change. We aren't liable for business losses (lost profit, revenue or opportunity) or for decisions you make using our materials. For business customers our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Using this website

Don't copy the site's content for commercial use, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Links to other sites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

General

We may update these terms; the version on the date you bought applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction (consumers elsewhere in the UK keep the right to use their local courts). See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
